In 2005 is John gestart als interne medewerker. Over de jaren heen is hij gegroeid en als consultant geplaatst geweest bij zowel private firma's als verscheidene Belgische overheidsdepartementen ( Fod Buitenlandse zaken, Vlaamse overheid agentschap landbouw visserij, Nihdi ( Riziv/ Inami ), ...). ​

In 2022 werd "Beggar Consultancy" opgestart om nog betere service te kunnen leveren aan de klanten​
