Automated UI Testing : Playright vs Selenium

OK for playright as default
OK for selenium support ( Existing Seleniums don't have to change )

we need to check with Platform to make sure that the Deploys are not to slow.

As we've decided in ADR202311-006 that we're pushing on more tests, we have the request from annalists and Testers to be able to add Automated UI tests.
CT Analyse is working on this and need us to decide which option we'll be supporting.

We've 2 POC projects that use each a different option so we've made now a decision chart to assist in this Discussion.
The PPS and demo material will be linked here when available.

An option is always that we support both, but no other ....
